By registering an account, purchasing premium access, or simply searching notifications on Sofyad, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws, and general code safety standards.

If you do not agree with any of these guidelines, you are prohibited from accessing or using our government notification modules and builder systems.

Sofyad operates as an AI-powered portal translating and structuring public recruitment notifications from state and central boards.

• We do not represent any government agency, government board, or political entity.
• While our AI agents parse notices with near-zero latency, all candidate profiles must verify critical schedules on official board portals prior to paying exam registry fees.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts attempting automated scraping, API overload, or reverse-engineering our database caches.

Users can upgrade to premium tier licenses to unlock advanced features like unlimited bookmarks, the AI Career Assistant, the resume builder, and priority WhatsApp/Telegram channels.

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis unless terminated by the user via the billing dashboard. Payment information is securely encrypted and managed by authorized gateway processors.

As a condition of using Sofyad, you promise not to use our systems for any purpose that is prohibited by these terms. You are responsible for all activity associated with your account.

Prohibited actions include: launching automated crawler scripts, brute-forcing user logins, submitting fraudulent billing reports, or utilizing generated resume files for deceptive purposes.

SOFYAD PROVIDES COMPILED RECRUITMENT SERVICES ON AN "AS IS" BASIS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING ACCURACY, DATES, FEES, OR SELECTION OUTCOMES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL SOFYAD BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE EXAM TRACKERS, INCORRECT STATE SYNC, OR API TIMEOUTS.
