Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Services
Sofyad offers digital premium subscriptions ("Sofyad Pro") that provide ad-free browsing, faster alerts, and exclusive content. Due to the digital nature of these services, all sales are generally final.
2. Refund Eligibility
We generally do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. However, exceptions may be made in the following cases:
- Double Charge: If you were charged multiple times for the same transaction.
- Technical Failure: If you are unable to access premium features due to a platform error that we cannot resolve within 7 days.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Account Settings. Cancellation will stop future billing, but you will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.
