Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscriptions

If you are not entirely satisfied with your Sofyad Pro subscription, we're here to help. You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you subscribed. To be eligible for a return, you must not have downloaded more than 3 premium PDFs.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your cancellation request, we will inspect the usage limits and notify you that we have received your request. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the usage. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
