Ineligibility and Exemptions

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

• Refund requests submitted more than 7 days after the transaction date.
• Accounts suspended due to violations of our Terms of Service (e.g. scrapers, system abuses).
• Lack of exam declaration or incorrect eligibility calculations since we serve strictly as an advisory portal and do not issue official recruitment materials.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a request, please send an email to our billing desk at billing@sofyad.com with:

1. Your registered user account email address.
2. The payment transaction reference code (found on your PDF invoice receipt).
3. A brief description explaining why the premium tools did not satisfy your expectations.

Our billing team will review submissions within 3 working days. Approved refunds are credited back to the original funding source within 7 to 10 banking business days.
