Sofyad is a private information aggregator for government jobs (Sarkari Naukri), results, admit cards, and educational news. We are a private entity and NOT affiliated with the Government of India, State Governments, or any Recruitment Board (SSC/UPSC/IBPS).

When you create an account to bookmark jobs or receive alerts, you must provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
4. Content & Intellectual Property
The aggregation structure, platform design, and original content (blogs, analysis) are the property of Sofyad. The official notifications, logos, and PDFs belong to their respective government organizations and are used here for informational purposes only (Fair Use).
5. Limitation of Liability
Sofyad shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of information on this portal. We are not responsible for any selection/rejection in exams, payment failures on official sites, or changes in exam dates.

Our Service contains links to third-party web sites (Official Govt Sites) that are not owned or controlled by Sofyad. We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically under the jurisdiction of courts in Bihar, India.
